For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will also pay the return shipping costs if this is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).
Your refund should arrive within 15 business days of the date the package was handed over to the return carrier, however, in many cases it will arrive sooner.
