CZ Logistica Srl (hereinafter “CZ Logistica or “Company”), with registered office in Milan, Corso Buenos Aires, n. 56, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), as Data Controller, provides you with the following information on the processing of your personal data provided by you when browsing the website www.czstore.it (hereinafter “Site”). Data Controller The Data Controller is the company CZ Logistica Srl, Corso Buenos Aires, 56 – 20124 – Milan, e-mail info@czstore.it, tel. 0523823448 Category of personal data processed We collect directly from you (as the “interested party”), through the Site, the following categories of data based on the purposes pursued as better specified in this information:

  • Common data: personal and contact data; data relating to membership, participation and use of loyalty programs or the assistance service; Site registration data, Site navigation/functioning data (e.g. IP addresses, date and time of access, pages visited, the method used to submit the request to the server, the names of the devices used to connect to the sites and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment), purchase data, possibly relating to the overall spending volume progressively realized and/or the details of purchases; payment data; shipping and delivery data.
  • Data collected through cookies. Cookies are small text files that can be sent and recorded on your computer by the Site, to be then retransmitted to the Site when you visit it again. For further details, please refer to the Cookie Policy on the Site.

Purpose, legal basis of processing and retention times Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, legal bases and retention times:

  • Operation of the Site, provision of related services, account management and control of the correct functioning of the same or to process your requests for assistance or complaints. For this purpose, the legal basis lies in the execution of a contract to which you are a party and in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to carry out such processing (art. 6 .1 lett. b) and f) GDPR). With reference to the retention period, personal data will be stored for the time necessary for the correct functioning of the Site and the provision of services. After this period, the data will be deleted or made anonymous. For this purpose, the provision of personal data is necessary and any refusal to provide the data may determine the impossibility for the Company to comply with the requested service, to fulfill legal obligations and to process and respond to your requests.
  • Creation and management of your personal account on the Site, in the event that you decide to register, for example to identify you and assist you in the event that you lose your login details (username or password), to allow you to save your list of favorite products, to set your choices regarding privacy consent, etc. For this purpose, the legal basis lies in the execution of a contract to which you are a party (art. 6.1 letter b) GDPR). The data will be retained for the entire duration of your registration on the Site, unless you request the cancellation of your account.
  • Marketing including sending advertising material, commercial communication by post, by telephone with operator, e-mail, sms, through the Site. Commercial communications may also concern points, discounts or benefits related to the loyalty program if you join it. For this purpose, the legal basis lies in your consent (art. 6 .1 lett. a) GDPR), which can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, the retention period is 26 months from collection, unless the consent is revoked - by the interested party - before the expiry of this period. At the end of the 26 months, the personal data will be deleted or made anonymous in a permanent and irreversible way, unless a new consent is collected. For this purpose, the provision of personal data is optional. However, your refusal to provide the data may determine the impossibility of receiving any advertising material according to the methods indicated above. In any case, the Company, without your consent, may send you communications for the purpose of direct sales of products or services similar to those you have already purchased (so-called soft spam), unless you refuse.
  • Profiling, i.e. the analysis of your consumer habits and related purchasing choices in order to be able to offer you personalized offers. In relation to this purpose, the legal basis lies in your consent (art. 6 .1 lett. a) GDPR) which you can revoke at any time. For this purpose, the retention period is 26 months from collection, unless the consent is revoked - by the interested party - before the expiry of this period.   • Sale of products through the Site. In particular, your personal data will be processed to allow you to submit purchase orders through the Site for the delivery of products purchased through the aforementioned channel, provide after-sales assistance, including the management of returns and/or refunds where required also under the terms of the law. The legal basis applicable to such processing consists in the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the data controller is subject (art. 6 .1 lett. b) and c) GDPR). The provision of data is necessary to complete the purchase order and provide you with our services. In the event of failure and/or incorrect provision, it will not be possible to follow up on your orders and perform the services. The personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and, following termination, for ten years, unless otherwise required by law or industry regulations.
  • Prevention and repression of fraud or fraudulent activities carried out through the Site. For this purpose, the legal basis lies in the legitimate interest of the Company (art. 6 .1 lett. f)) and the retention period will not exceed 6 months. After this period, personal data will be deleted or made anonymous, unless they must be retained for legal obligations or for other purposes. For this purpose, the provision of personal data is necessary.
  • To ascertain, exercise or defend the rights of the Company in the event of a complaint and/or out-of-court and/or judicial resolution, if necessary. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6.1 letter f) GDPR). The data will be retained for the entire duration of the complaint or out-of-court or judicial proceeding, until the terms for exercising judicial protection and appeal actions have expired.

Subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated Personal data may be processed by our collaborators as authorised subjects or data controllers. Furthermore, for certain processing operations that are instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes referred to in the previous points, they may be communicated to third parties other than the Company as data controllers (e.g. delivery of goods, sending advertising emails on behalf of the owner in the event of consent, support in carrying out market research, customer service, technological and commercial partners who support the provision of the service, etc.). The data may be communicated to subjects operating as data controllers, such as, for example, banks and credit institutions, supervisory and control authorities and any authorised public body, such as the judicial and/or public security authorities; group companies based in Italy for internal administrative purposes or for marketing purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed under any circumstances. Your data may be communicated, subject to your consent, also to group companies and/or commercial partners operating in the distribution sector who will process the interested party's data as independent Data Controllers.

Rights of the interested party

You may ask the owner for access to the data concerning you, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition to processing, for reasons connected to your particular situation, in the cases of legitimate interest of the owner. You also have the right to revoke the consent given at any time for marketing and profiling purposes, as well as to oppose the related processing. The possibility remains for the interested party who prefers to be contacted for the aforementioned marketing purpose exclusively through traditional methods, to express his opposition only to the receipt of communications through automated methods. Your rights may be exercised by writing to info@czstore.it or by contacting the numbers indicated in paragraph A of this information. At any time, you may lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Consents

I declare that I have read the information on the processing of my personal data by the Company, aware that my consent is optional and revocable at any time. By registering, I declare that I have read and accepted the information on the Processing of Personal Data.

Marketing Purposes

I consent to the processing of my personal data to receive newsletters, discount coupons, offers and other initiatives by means of automated communications (e.g. e-mail, sms, social media) and traditional communications (e.g. post), as indicated in the information in par. C. point (iii)

Profiling

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of profiling my purchasing habits as indicated in the information in par. C. point (iv) Communication I consent to the communication of my data to group companies and/or third parties for their marketing purposes as indicated in the information in par. D

Return Policy

Returns, exchanges and refunds.

To make a return in accordance with CZ Store policy, you must inform us within the terms indicated, if you need assistance, you can contact us. You are required to return the products to us following the instructions available in the Online Returns Center without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of creation of the return label. The costs of returning the items to CZ Store are at your expense. CZ Store's return policy does not affect your rights arising from the law and your Right of Withdrawal.

Which products can be returned/exchanged.

CZ STORE offers a wide range of non-food products, with the exception of some pet food. The products range from: household items; detergents; DIY; toys, household linen; car and motorcycle items; clothing; underwear; footwear; leather goods etc.

  • All products can be returned with the exception of some products listed in the paragraph below, only if they are intact, unused and undamaged.
  • All products must be returned with their original tags and packaging.

Which products cannot be returned/exchanged.

CZ STORE does not allow the return of pet food products, detergents, personal hygiene items, or personal underwear. For the care of our customers, we do not allow the exchange or return of intimate products.

The terms within which returns/exchanges can be made.

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

What can you ask for in exchange for the returned product.

You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product or a direct refund to the original payment method.

  • Shopping Voucher: A shopping voucher is issued only if the exchange is made in store.
  • Refund: Refunds can only be made for products purchased online. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs and the refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The exchange: If the exchange is made in store, the customer can exchange for any product available in the store, if the credit amount is not reached, he can ask to issue a shopping voucher that can be used in the next purchase. If the exchange is made online, the customer must contact customer service.

Note: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Items purchased as new must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged.
